Why can't I log in to my HuntCode account?

If you’re unable to sign in to your HuntCode account, there are several common reasons this may happen. Follow the steps below to troubleshoot the issue and regain access.

Double-Check Your Email and Password

Make sure the email and password you’re entering are correct. Typos, extra spaces, or using the wrong email are common causes of sign-in issues.

  • Verify that you’re using the same email you used when creating your account.
  • Ensure that Caps Lock is off when typing your password.
  • Try typing your password slowly to avoid mistakes.

Reset Your Password

If you can’t remember your password or think it may be incorrect, reset it using the Forgot Password link on the sign-in page.

After resetting your password, try signing in again with the new credentials.

Make Sure Your Email Is Verified

You must verify your email before accessing your account. If you haven’t completed this step, check your inbox (and spam folder) for a verification message from HuntCode.

If you need a new verification email, use the resend option on the sign-in page.

Clear Your Browser Cache or Try Another Browser

Sometimes browser-related issues can prevent sign-ins. Clearing your cache or switching to a modern browser such as Chrome, Edge, Brave, or Firefox may resolve the issue.

Check for MFA Requirements

If you have Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) enabled, make sure you have access to your authenticator app to complete the sign-in process.

  • If your one-time code isn’t working, wait 30 seconds and try again.
  • Ensure the time on your device is set correctly, as this can affect codes.
