What should I do if a lesson isn't loading or looks broken?

If a lesson doesn’t load correctly—such as showing blank content, missing elements, or broken formatting—there are a few steps you can take to resolve the issue. Most loading problems are caused by browser settings or temporary network issues.

Refresh the Page

Start by refreshing the lesson page. A quick reload often clears temporary loading problems and restores missing content.

Try a Different Browser

HuntCode works best in modern browsers such as Chrome, Edge, Brave, or Firefox. If a lesson looks broken, switching to one of these browsers may fix the issue.

Make Sure JavaScript Is Enabled

Lessons, quizzes, and interactive components require JavaScript. If it’s disabled, content may appear blank or incomplete. Check your browser settings to ensure JavaScript is turned on.

Check Your Network or VPN

Slow networks, firewalls, or VPNs can occasionally block lesson assets from loading. Try disabling your VPN or switching networks to see if the issue resolves.

Clear Your Cache

Cached files can sometimes cause outdated or broken versions of lessons to appear. Clearing your browser cache and reloading the page may help restore the correct content.
