Why am I not receiving emails from HuntCode?

If you're not receiving emails from HuntCode—such as verification messages, password resets, or account notifications—there are a few common reasons this may happen. Follow the steps below to troubleshoot the issue.

Check Your Spam or Junk Folder

Email providers sometimes filter automated messages. Look for emails from no-reply@huntcode.com in your spam, junk, or promotions folders. This is the address HuntCode uses for verification emails and password resets.

Make Sure You’re Using the Correct Email

Verify that you're signing in or requesting a password reset using the same email address you used when creating your HuntCode account. If you have multiple email addresses, try checking each inbox.

Confirm That Your Email Is Verified

You must verify your email to receive certain notifications. If you never saw the verification email, check your spam folder or try requesting a new link on the sign-in page. If the resend option does not appear yet, contact support and we’ll send a new verification link manually.

Check for Email Typos

A small typo in your email—such as missing a letter or using the wrong domain—can prevent messages from reaching you. If you're unable to sign in or suspect your email was entered incorrectly, contact support so we can update your account.

Try Resending the Email

If you're waiting for a verification email, look for the Resend verification option on the confirmation code page. If the option isn’t available yet, contact support and we will manually send a new verification link.
