How Do I Download My Certification?

Once eligibility requirements are met, certifications can be downloaded directly from CertLab. Download access becomes available automatically as you complete curriculum requirements and assessments.

Certification Types

CertLab offers two certification types that reflect different levels of achievement within a course. Each certificate unlocks independently based on your progress.

• Certificate of Completion – Awarded after completing all required modules and lessons in the course, including untimed quizzes with a passing score of 70% or higher.
• Certificate of Proficiency – Awarded after passing all required module assessments with a score of 70% or higher within the allotted time limits.

How Download Access Unlocks

Certification download buttons are disabled by default in CertLab. As you progress through the course, completion meters in the sidebar update to reflect your status.

• When all modules and lessons are completed, the Certificate of Completion button becomes enabled.
• After all module assessments are passed, the Certificate of Proficiency button becomes enabled.

Before Downloading

Certifications require your full name to appear on the document. If your profile information is incomplete, download access will be temporarily blocked until your name is provided.

Please add your first and last name in your account settings before downloading your certificate.

Download Process

Once unlocked, certifications can be downloaded as a PDF directly from the CertLab sidebar. Each certificate includes issue details and a unique certificate ID tied to your HuntCode account.

If a download button remains disabled, review your progress meters in CertLab to identify any remaining requirements.
