Which authenticator app should I use?

We recommend using Google Authenticator (available on both iOS and Android) to generate your one-time verification codes for HuntCode. It’s fast, reliable, and the app we officially support for securing your account with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
Supported Authenticator Apps
While Google Authenticator is our recommended choice, other Time-based One-Time Password (TOTP) apps may also work with HuntCode. These include:
- Authy
- Microsoft Authenticator
- 1Password (built-in authenticator)
- LastPass Authenticator
If you choose a different app, make sure it supports standard TOTP codes. Not all password managers or authentication tools are compatible, so results may vary outside our officially supported options.

- Fast and reliable: Codes generate instantly and work offline.
- Widely supported: Compatible with nearly all TOTP-based systems.
- No account required: You don’t need a Google account to use it.
